Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Thank you for shopping with Coventry Haus.
Each candle is hand-poured and made in small batches to ensure quality. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once your order has shipped.

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us before your order ships. Once processing and shipment begin, we’re unable to modify or cancel the order.

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or scent preferences due to the handmade nature of our products.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing an item, we’ll gladly make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@coventryhaus.com.
Include the following in your email:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the shipping box and any damaged or defective items

  • A brief description of the issue

Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we’ll send a replacement or issue store credit as appropriate.


Shipping Address Updates

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@coventryhaus.com.


Address updates can only be made before the order has shipped.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, used candles, burned wicks, or partially melted items cannot be returned or refunded.
We also cannot accept returns for items purchased through third-party retailers.
